Attention Bidders

If a purchase is not picked up before the deadline or cannot be completed for any reason, the item will be removed from your account and made available for sale again on our site. A restocking fee of 20% (minimum $40, $60 for large items, or $150 for pallets) of the sale price, plus taxes, will be charged.

Please note that transactions on BidBaba do not include delivery or loading services. If you are purchasing a large item, ensure you bring appropriate transportation and assistance for loading.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold AS-IS. Once an item leaves our inspection area, it cannot be returned. Lot quantities and values may vary by up to 15%, and disputes within this range will not be accepted. For more details, please refer to our warranty page.

Payment & Pickup Options

A photo ID is required for pickup, and items will only be released to the winning bidder unless prior authorization is given via email. For security reasons, your ID will be recorded at the time of pickup.

For orders exceeding $2000, payment must be made via Cash, Interac, E-Transfer, ACH, or Wire Transfer. If you have any questions regarding your payment options before bidding, please contact us at info@bidbaba.com.

BidBaba reserves the right to deny invoice collection by third parties for online payments. If you wish to send a third party to collect your invoices, we recommend paying via e-transfer or having the pickup person pay in-store to avoid potential delays or refusals. Regular payment and removal deadlines still apply.

There are no exceptions to our policies.
